About 40 years ago Özkaymak made its first step into the industrial sector with the production and assembly of bus bodies. Since then the company has seen solid growth in several sectors; from foreign and domestic cargo and passenger services to petrol stations, from printing and brodcasting services to chromium and magnetite mining/production, from turizm to insurance.

İn 1997 the company become a Holding and Mr. Rahim Özkaymak was appointed Chairman of the Board. Other members of the Board of Directors are Mevlüt Özkaymak, Adnan Özkaymak, Erdoğan Özkaymak, Erol Özkaymak, İsmail Özkaymak, Özkan Özkaymak.
